ALGOOD ELEMENTARY PTO STANDS WITH OLLIE FOR SEAT BELT SAFETY
Representatives from Algood Police Department, Putnam County Emergency Services and Algood Elementary School and AES PTO stand with Ollie Otter to show their support of seatbelt and booster seat education.
TN Tech University interns recently developed a campaign to reach out to the parent teacher organizations across the state to build support of the seatbelt and booster seat safety initiative led by Ollie Otter. PTO's can show their support by placing signs in school drive ways and parking areas to encourage and remind families to buckle up and use booster seats as they pick up and drop off their children.
The leading cause of injury and death for children age 3 -14 is motor vehicle crashes. Ollie is reaching out to the parent teacher organizations in an effort to reach the parents and care givers at their schools.
